Reminder by text
If you provided your mobile phone number during registration or when making an appointment
, you will receive a text message reminder three days before the appointment, informing you of the date and time
of your appointment with the doctor-specialist.
Cancelling an appointment
If you cannot attend the appointment, please notify us by telephone at least 24 hours
in advance. This will allow us to help another patient.
No-show to an appointment
If you do not notify in time or do not show up for a consultation, the following amount will be charged.
- <30 min = € 24,62
- >&=30 min = € 49,24
