Why receive invoices digitally?

Create a Doccle account

• Download the Doccle app.
  • Android: Google Play Stor
  • iPhone: App Store

• Create an account and activate it with itsme®
  

Tip: allow Doccle to connect to companies automatically. This makes the process much easier.

Connect Doccle to MCH

On your MCH invoice, you will find:

• A QR code
• Your national registration number
• Your file number

There are two ways to connect Doccle to MCH.

Option 1: connect via QR code

1. Scan the QR code on your invoice.
2. Log in or create a Doccle account.
3. Done! Your future MCH invoices will automatically appear in Doccle.

Option 2: connect using your national registration number and file number

1. Log in to the Doccle app.
2. Go to the ‘Connections’ menu.
3. Do you see a suggestion for MCH? Click ‘Accept’
4. No suggestion?
   1. Click on ‘+Add’ and ‘Add/find companys’ at the bottom
   2. Search for MCH – Medisch Centrum voor Huisartsen
   3. Click on ‘Connect’
5. Enter your national registration number and file number.
6. Done! Your future MCH invoices will automatically appear in Doccle
